A family coordination app, built around real life.

Your family’s schedule. Your people. One clear plan.

Keep track of school, sports, pickups and the little things that matter. When you need a hand, ask your trusted circle or parent group — and know when someone has it covered.

For families together, across two homes, and everyone who helps.

In development. Explore the prototype and help shape what comes next. This page is a marketing preview, not a finished native app.

Less juggling for parents. More certainty for kids.
Every family. One team.

Prototype preview
Recreated phone schedule preview. Colours are always paired with labels. No App Store or Google Play download is available.

Two kids. Three places. One missing ride.

The practice time changed. A school form is due. One parent is at work and the other is already driving. Stronger Together is being built to turn scattered updates into a clear plan — and help you find someone you trust when plans get complicated.

Parent groups

Ask the group. Know who’s helping.

Your hockey parents. Your baseball parents. Your trusted school circle. A practical way to help each other when someone needs a ride.

Illustrative prototype flow

1. A parent asks

“Can anyone take my son to hockey Tuesday at 6?”

The request is tied to that event, not sent as a general message to everyone.

2. The group sees it

The request appears for accepted members of the hockey parent group, with the relevant event details.

3. A parent taps “I can drive.”

The first acceptance confirms the driver and closes the other pending offers.

4. The plan updates

The plan shows “Kelly is driving” — an illustrative sample name, not a real person — and the relevant family members receive an update in the prototype flow.

Practice moved to 6:30

A material change does not leave an old ride looking confirmed.

Driver reconfirmation needed
The driver is asked to reconfirm for 6:30 before the ride shows as covered again.

This is an in-page illustrative demo only. It does not contact people, require a login, import a real calendar, or imply a notification was delivered to an actual phone.

How it works

Four steps, from scattered updates to a clear plan

Connect

Bring your calendars and updates into one place.

Team calendar links such as RAMP, school notifications and family calendars. Availability labels: saving iCalendar links and previewing supported events from downloaded .ics files is in the reference build; automatic refresh and complete recurring-calendar support are still being built.

Capture

Say it while you’re thinking of it.

Speak or type a thought, review it, then turn it into a note, task or event. Examples: packing lunches, the school pickup line while parked, or getting ready for the day. Do not record while actively driving.

Coordinate

Turn ‘someone should’ into ‘it’s handled.’

Assign a task, ask a grandparent for a ride, or ask a trusted parent group. See who has accepted and what still needs attention.

Stay informed

Give everyone the details they need.

A clear family schedule, a personal rundown for parents, and a simpler view for kids. Label: scheduled delivery is planned; the current rundown is an on-screen prototype preview.

Your circle

Start with your family. Build your circle.

Your family

Parents and kids, coordinating together or across two homes.

Your trusted circle

Grandparents, caregivers and other people who help with specific activities.

Your parent groups

Hockey, baseball, school and other groups of adults you already know. Ask for help around the activities you share.

Invitations will use links or QR codes; adults review access before joining. Group membership does not expose every member’s full family calendar. Sharing an event does not merge two families’ private information.

For every family

Built for the way your family works.

Parents together

One shared plan for a busy household with multiple kids.

Co-parents across homes

Separate parent accounts, shared coordination around the kids.

Grandparents and caregivers

The relevant details for the moments you help.

Kids

A simpler view of where to be, what to bring and who’s driving.

Onboarding asks, gently, “How does your family coordinate?” — rather than opening with a question about divorce. Marketing does not need to collect custody details.

Planned membership model

Come to help. Stay to make family life easier.

Free participation

Join trusted parent groups, receive requests and accept or decline help without buying a family plan.

Family subscription

When you want to build and manage your own family schedule, tasks and coordination, upgrade your core family to a monthly subscription.

One core-family subscription, including co-parents across two homes. Helpers can keep helping for free.

Our story

Built from real family life.

Stronger Together began with the everyday challenge of keeping a busy family organized: school, sports, pickups and the things that get missed between messages. It is being built as a clearer way for families and the people around them to coordinate.

It is built by a family living this problem, with parent and child perspectives shaping it — the parent view that needs a clear plan, and the kid view that needs a simple day, not adult conversations. Public names, titles, biographies, photos and personal accounts for family members are not published here pending each person’s agreement.

Honest product status

In the working reference build

Schedule-first phone layout and both family setups. Parent groups and event-scoped invitations. Ride requests, acceptance, decline and reconfirmation. Tasks, capture notes and an in-app notification inbox. One-time supported .ics file imports with review. A local backend with accounts and permissions for technical evaluation.

Coming before public launch

Hosted multi-device accounts and secure cross-device invitations. Live calendar polling, recurrence and cancellation handling. Email/inbox processing and supported school connections. External email/SMS/push notifications. Subscription checkout and native mobile distribution.

This section describes the reference build in the brief. It does not imply the hosted browser demo has the local backend connected.

FAQ

Questions, answered plainly

Is this only for divorced parents?

No. It is being built for busy families living together, co-parents across homes, blended families and the trusted people who help them.

Can I ask a whole parent group for help?

Yes — that is a core planned experience. A parent sends an event-specific request to an accepted group, and the first person to accept takes the ride. The prototype demonstrates the flow.

Will grandparents or other helpers need to pay?

The planned model lets people join, receive requests and help for free. A family upgrades when it wants to manage its own schedules and coordination.

Can people see our whole family calendar?

The access model is designed around explicit sharing. Helpers and other families receive selected event access; joining a parent group does not automatically reveal everyone’s private calendars.

Can I use a team calendar link like RAMP?

The reference build can save iCalendar links and preview supported events from downloaded .ics files. Automatic refresh and complete recurring-calendar support are still being built.

Does it connect directly to PowerSchool?

Direct school connections are not available yet. Access depends on the school and supported integration methods. School notifications and authorized exports are part of the integration plan.

Can I download the app today?

A prototype is available for review. A public launch and native iPhone/Android downloads have not been announced. Join early access for updates.
